In February, our Human Resources team launched a new web-based talent management system to support our managers and employees in on-going professional development. Each plan not only provides the mandatory and professional training needed to maintain certifications and licenses, it provides an opportunity for each employee to request additional training to grow their career within SmartWatt, when opportunities become available. Our team attends position related conferences, certification and professional training, e-learning opportunities, webinars, lunch and learns and ongoing safety training.

Our team of experts comes from a diverse background in the energy efficiency sector. They have a lot to offer and are willing to teach and mentor fellow staff members. Our office floor plans are open and conducive to collaboration, and projects are often tackled as a team.
